I have a feeling this is an easy fix but I can’t find it.

Fatal error: Undefined class name ‘self’ in dev1/public_html/modules/mod_jaslideshow2/helper.php on line 246

This is the second fresh install of Quartz Quickstart package for Joomla 1.0

Same error two fresh installs.

Is this a MYSQL permissions issue?

Please assist.

It is very strangle.

I have tried to install a lot of this template but could not.
I think this issue is from your server.

After much research I would have to agree with you. I believe it took combination of server side issues to achieve this error. I think the fact that I did a change in IP address was a factor with some permssions problems with mysql access or justa few of the tables. I have it running fine now on another domain name on the same server. Great theme! Friendly support too. I like!
