I have a problem in the category link of the JA_news. When I click show me this msg:

DB function failed with error number 1064
means you have an error in your SQL syntax;

this can be caused by using a newer version of joomla or component with an incompatible or older version of mysql

try going to cpanel or mysqladmin and running the repair on the database, that sometimes fixes it

you can also try uninstalling the module, including the databse tables and then doing a reinstall, that sometimes fixes it.

i have had that error before

I tried this actions and everything seems ok. Only this message of the ccnewsletter:

rejuma_midiasocial.bak_ccnewsletter_newsletters
note : The storage engine for the table doesn’t support repair

and now i decided that the ja_news not shows the category title… i´ll work in your tip about the reinstall.

I installed the sh404sef and everything works well now! But the problem still must exist. I cant reinstall the module because my signature doesn´t allow the download …

you must specify categories what you want to show in news pro.. just all not working, pick one by one all categories what you want to show and all works 😉
