Do I need the Magento-version of Sulfur to make my installation look like teh Demo.
(No web-shop is planned)

If you want a template for Joomla site using JA sulfur: you need only JATC club membership
If you want a template for Magento site using JM sulfur (JA Sulfur clone for Magento ecommerce platform): you need to buy Magento version

Thank you, but still, you didn’t answer the real question. Can Imake Sulfur look like the demo with the JA vesion?

JM sulfur is not like JA sulfur. You can install JM sulfur like our JM Sulfur demo site and install JA sulfur is like JA sulfur demo site. In two cases, you should read our userguider and install the quick start package which we support
