Hi,

Checking my website’s speed with Pingdom tools I’ve noticed that I have a server wait of 400ms because of Font awesome. In consequence I have 2 questions:

1. How can I disable font awesome in Uber Template?
2. If I disable FA, will this have affect any other functions of the template except adding FA icons?

Hi
Font awesome is used on most the part of the site. All the icons are from font-awesome. So if you will disable or remove them you will not longer see the icons on the site.

You can find the font-awesome fonts in font folder of the template and the CSS calls are defined in etc/assets.xml.
Again, removing the font from the site will remove all the icons of font-awesome classes.
