when I make a change in the template, I have to go on site / maintenance / clean cache, select all and clear, otherwise the changes will not appear.
How to prevent this from happening and the changes appear immediately.

Are you sure it’s not an issue with your own browser cache?

Hi Claudio,

You can try to disable cache from admin of JA Mendozite template as below

+ Go Admin site -> Extensions->Template Manager-> JA_Mendozite – Default -> Option ->Enable Development Mode: YES

+ You can see details in my screenshot
