I am extremely frustrated and needless to say pissed.

I have the JA_Methys template and it’s been a nightmare. So far the service sucks and I’ve never experienced this with other template purchases.

I have been given 4 different sets of instructions by “technical support”, who clearly have no clue about the templates, on where to change the copyright on the template that I have licensed to do when I paid for the membership.

I did checked and could see that you raised 2 tickets (ticket ID# OIZ-526-80406 and AUX-342-75835) and our support staff is being serious followed up with them. Could you please point me out the exact ticketID which has not been helpful for urgent check and fix ?

For changing the copyright on the template, please log into sign up page via http://www.joomlart.com/member/signup.php >> go to Your payment history group at the bottom >> Focus on PDF Copyright Removal column to get the instructions on how to remove/edit the copyright there.
