Try to change the settings for .logo-image (max-width and max-height) in the template.css file.

The logo size is defined in the /css/template.css file .

.logo-image > a {
    max-width: 160px;
    max-height: 55px;
}

You can also override it via custom.css file and it also not effect when u update the template.
