    Hello,

    You cannot change your username, you are only able to change the forum display name.

    As for email address, pls go to https://www.joomlart.com/user/carrlaw/edit/ to change. If you have problem changing the address yourself, let me know what new email address you want to use and I will edit for you.

    I think I’ll need you to change it, as each time I have tried in the past, I get the following message.
    "New email is the same with current email, please select other email."
    Here is the updated email I’d like to change too: troy@ventimedia.com

    This email has already been registered with another account called "ncarr" . Is this also your account? If you do not need this "ncarr" account anymore , let me know and I will remove it so you will be able to use the email troy@ventimedia.com for your current account .

    Yes "ncarr"as well as "ventimedia" are my accounts. There was a simple mix up in the accounts when we became a member, thus why it was mistakenly set up under "carrlaw", which is my clients/associates info.
    We thought we might be able to change account name info, however as you said, the account name can not be changed. And we haven’t not been able to change the email of that account to troy@ventimedia.com.
    I don’t mind if the account name remains "carr law", as my concern was to correct the email, so that notification, emails and ect. are directed to the correct email troy@ventimedia.com.
    Is it possible to keep the account "ventimedia", and transfer our membership to that account from the "carrlaw" account. If so then after the transfer, we can delete "carrlaw". Need to make sure we don’t loose the membership, history, and forums.
    If the transfer is not allowed, then you can go forward and remove "ventimedia" account, and then change the "carrlaw" account email to "troy@ventimedia.com"
    Please advise of any changes based on this new email..

    If we move your memberships to another account, you will lose your old posts in the forum, so we decided to remove "ncarr" account and just change email associated with "carrlaw" to troy@ventimedia.com like you originally requested instead. It’s fine now.
