But I think you better explain me step by step how to save mega menu settings.

At the moment I go in Megamenu, and I just save it without any change, it reset all!!

Could you please describe the process step by step to save megamenu settings,

I did exactely what you did with same browser chrome. But it doesn’t work from my side.

This is so strange.

Don’t know if this is still relevant but I have this exact problem when trying to save the mega menu. It seem fine when saving but when refreshing front end nothing is changed and refreshing the backend revers any attempted change. Turns out the problem is only in Chrome for me. Using Safari when changing the mega menu works and the changes are visible in the front end and backend both in Safari and Chrome. I’m on OS X.

In this case the problem seems to be from browser , you can try to check it in different systems and clean your browser cookies and cache , also disable your browser extensions.
