I registered as a Free Member then decided to convert to a paid member. When I tried to purchase I received a message that the email was already in use. I used another email to create the paid account but whenever I go the page with this machine it automatically logs me in as the Free Member. I cannot get access to the templates with this machine. If I log out I am immediately logged back in as the Free Member user name.

What should I do?

Hi,

Please remove your cookie browser first then logout/login again.

I’ve done that (IE8) and when I return, I am still logged in with old username. I’m deleting browsing history with cookies checked.
