hi

i can’t to enable allow_url_fopen on the hosting server, is there a workaround to install template package without it?

Hi

You can try to add a .htaccess file into the folder where you want to install joomla and add this to the file

php_value allow_url_fopen On

Sometime can help also create a php.ini file and add this code

allow_url_fopen = On;
