After login in succesfully an I try to download the Purity III template (push button) I have to login again.

and the system still ask me to login again and again.. So I can’t download the template.

Please help!

Hi,

Your browser probably has a cache problem. Pls try to clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then login again to download Purity III. It should work then.
