I have had repeated problems uploading templates – currently trying to upload ja-nickel. Have tried both template file and quick start. neither work. get missing xtm file. Happens with most of the templates I try and use. Running other templates fine.

Can you please give us the error message you got? Or provide us with the site access information in the support ticket YRK-307-46186 then I will check to fix it for you as well.

I too have this problem. Used previous versions of JA Purity II. There appears to be internet activity, flahing lights on modem (upload), but then returns to the Joomla install/uninstall page with no confirmation of success or report of errors.
Joomla 1.5.22
PHP 5.2.17
mySQL 5.0.91-log

Looking at directory structure shows no Purity directory.

Template directory writable.

Dear josef5116200,

Can you post here the error deatils when you uploaded a template,I think that the issue is related to your hosting so please check it again carefully.
