I cannot change overlay image in hero block. I have the default image: {static-path}/images/default/content/content-21.jpg

I can delete this path. I can browse images in my computer, but when I select one and click "open", its path does not appear instead of that of the default image, and image doesn’t change. Am I doing anything wrong?

On the other hand, how do I submit a Premium support ticket?

we are working on the image issue to fix as soon as possible, I Request you to allow us for some time and so that we will fix the problem.

For the Premium ticket option, when u post the thread you can see the option to mark the ticket as Premium.

I appreciate your patience on this matter.

Experiencing same issue – waiting for solution.

Regarding "Premium Ticket" the tick box is not there hence opening this ticket:

The new version of JA Builder will be out today and fix image issue too.
For Premium ticket, This ticket is A Premium ticket.
