I don’t have a credit card with me right now. I only have a prepaid visa gift card or the option of western union. I am really stuck 🙁

Please just go ahead and use your prepaid visa gift card for the purchase as both visa card and credit card are eligible for our Paypal / Moneybookers payment system.December 26, 2013 at 7:29 pm #516604First of all, thank you very much for sticking with me on this issue.
Something seems to be overwhelmingly misunderstood by me which I would like to explain. As suggested several times in this thread to use Paypal/Moneybookers, I have official versions from both the services that they DO NOT except prepaid gift cards. I have accounts with Paypal as well as MoneyBookers (Now skrill — God only knows what does it mean), but can attach with them neither any prepaid gift cards, nor my debit card and certainly not my bank account because I come from the UAE. That brings me back to square one, as far as the whole discussion in this thread is concerned.
I am sure Joomlart will look into the matter of why it should keep its payment options to a bare minimum of one-and-half services (Skrill? who knows about it?) and does not use 3rd party services for processing credit/gift cards for payment.
Western Union is an awesome service for worldwide payments without any undue processing procedures at both ends. You will receive your payment instantly without paying a ****. I seriously wonder why it does not figure in your list of option.
Back to my particular case, please advise what should I do now?

The location-restricted issue by payment gateway is beyond our control. Please consider e-check service which is a payment that you make directly from your bank account. Details could be found https://www.paypal.com/webapps/helpcenter/article/?solutionId=13054&m=SRE
Alternatively, It is fine for us if you pay via bank wire or Western Union. If you go with this option, let me know, I will send instruction to your personal email.
