Please post a link to your site. It could be a problem with your lightbox script. What script are you using for the popups?

There seems to a a problem with the compatability of the fancybox element. I have enabled a different one and it is working as expected.

In the plugin you can select any of about 8 different popups. It just seems the fancybox one does not play well. All the popups are not ja code but external code. The plugin just calls it where needed which is why there is still a link the the popup authors websites. If you really want the fancybox popup then is might be worth you following that link and seeing if there is a fix. However, some of the other scripts look very similar so you probably would find it perfectly acceptable just to choose on of those.

Thanks Phill, I was looking at the wrong plugin. None of the 8 popups worked for me until I unpublished and than published it again. Now everything works fine!

I figured it out after reading the latest post:

Go to your extensions/plugins/ JA Popup Plugin

Just disable and enable it and it should work at least it did so for me.
