Hi everybody
I am experiencing a problem on business10 template – t3 framework, using the Allvideos plugin. It doesnt’t show the player only for embedded wma files and only on Firefox browser.
No problem using IE or Chrome or Safari. And no problem with mp3 embedded files.
It sounds like a silverlight problem, but i have no idea where how to solve it. Silverlight works fine on Firefox with other sites..
The Allvideos plugin works alwways fine using Ja_putiry template.
The website platform is Joomla 2.5.9, and Apache, MySql and PHP are updated. The URL of the site is: http://www.arcusys.net:10085/jupgrade (not the production ones, since i am upgrading the official website on 2.5 version of Joomla.
I tried to get help from Allvideos forum..but since it sounds like a template code problem, nobody could give me any help to solve the problem.
The website is about the town-hall where i work, and we have not money to get expensive support, since ours is a small community..
I would really appreciate any help to get the problem fixed.

Which JA Template are you using with JAT3 framework?

Thank you for answering.
Sorry for not mentioning it before…I am using business10 template.
Actually, now I am trying Ja_T3_blank template, where embedded wma files works fine….. but i would prefere to use Business 10.

So there must be problem with that Business 10 template, could you also contact its provider for help 🙂
