Hi

I’ve uploaded the Purity III template. But the quickstart folder won’t extract.

I get the following error message:

Any advice will be gratefully received.

You need to extract the purity_iii.zip file locally and find the 4 directories (component, plugin, quickstart, template) within the zip file. To install the actual template, navigate to the template directory and find the file purity_iii.v1.0.0.zip and upload that file.

@falcone, please try to download again. I have tested and the package gets unzipped normally.*
