While I translate content with this component I get an arror from Bing API which says that Maximum characters Limit is exceeded , the content is then not translated again adn is skipped is there any fix for this. ? I need to translate content on my side and I know It’s big enough. What to do. ?

Hello,

Microsoft translate api only accepts to translate text with length is less than 10241 characters, so JA Multilingual will not translate this items.
So, in this case, you can use Microsoft translate api to translate all others items. Once done, you can switch Translate service to use Google translate or duplicated mode to translate remaining ones.
