Hey,

i have a problem with the activity stream. i think it´s a problem with jomsocial but perhaps someone can help me because the jomsocial support says i have to hack a file and this is beyond their support area so that they cant help me 🙁

The support says to me: <blockquote>Yes that bit dificult, you should hack the activities libraries and activities template files as well.</blockquote>

i add a screenshot. if i create a event than is there no description – just the icon – for the event in the activity stream.

it would be great if someone could help me!!! i dont know how i hack the files and what i have to do..

hey,

now i know which files i have to change.

<blockquote>If you want hack the code you should take a look at these codes :

/components/com_community/templates/default/activities.index.php (you can remove the stream for event from this file)
/components/com_community/libraries/activities.php
/components/com_community/libraries/events.php (look at this function addEventStream())</blockquote>
