I was trying to make changes to template settings . but then i get this error message
“An error has occured when saving Global Settings.”

Hi

Try to enable your ftp user from global configuration — server tab

You need to be sure that all fields are filled with the correct info

Hi

i enabled ftp , filled all the required fields, but i still get the same error message when saving template global settings.

Could you send me via PM your account details for the backend and the ftp details i will try to check all your configuration
