Yes! we did it right this time. Our Joomla templates (running T3v3 framework) now supports Right to left (RTL) language layouts. If you all remember we were the first to introduce native RTL support in Joomla templates via our T3v2 framework but it was a cumbersome process and hard work to release and maintain them, we eventually had to pause the RTL support, it was a hard decision then. For quite many months we have been working hard for the development and improvement of our T3 framework for Joomla! 2.5 / 3.0. Addition of Right to left layouts was one of the important feature and I am happy to announce that the feature is now available. RTL support in the latest T3 framework now uses the bootstrap RTL and is amazingly simple to use.
You can try the latest T3 framework version to see it in action. We have already started the work on testing and fixing our latest responsive templates to be RTL ready. Well, our Joomla templates are ready but we need to fix minor bugs of the extensions included. For RTL support even the extensions needs to support it.

How does it work?
Its a simple 4 steps process:
Step 1: install your RTL language.
Step 2: switch on “Build RTL CSS” option.
Switch on "Build RTL CSS" option
Step 3: compile LESS to CSS to generate your RTL files.

As this is a new feature from T3 Framework version 3, hence most likely any templates that are built on T3 Framework version 3 foundation will be RTL compatible. We have successfully applied with these 6 following templates:

Roadmap
We are going to upgrade all our latest responsive Joomla templates to support RTL layouts. Update our complimentary extensions to work seamlessly with our templates. Watch out for our next update, it’s gonna be massive. No doubt, this feature is going to help us as well as the Joomla! developers to cut down at least 80% of the traditional RTL converting works and spend more time on developing.
