I am experiencing an issue where the Jomsocial private messaging page displays incorrectly.
Could you kindly have a look at it for me?
maniedupl Hi it look like some issue with 3rd party extension or specific issue due to installation not done well, Can you update the login information in first post. The submitted super user login details is not working after login on backend the page is just loading and timeout : conxxxx.xxxxx.org took too long to respond.
Let me know once you update the details, I will check it.

Thank you for your quick response.
I have no 3rd party extensions installed except for the JCE Editor and a login module for LDAP login. This however should not have any effect on that page.
I have updated and tested the login details, please test again.

maniedupl Hi Still i am not able to access the site admin pane: http://prntscr.com/jrigni Authentication issue with submitted login details. If you just installed Jomsocaial and getting this issue on all user, 1. Take a backup of site and uninstall Jomsocial 2. Now download latest version of Jomsocial and install it. 3. if not working kindly test the login details and submit working details 4. on submitted details there are two site one is live and another is in the folder the admin account not working for both the sites.
maniedupl Hi The issue will gone once you start the chat. I reported this issue to development team and it will be fixed in the next version as well.

My appologies, it seems that your IP address was blocked with our hosting company. I have requested them to unblock the IP and you should be able to access the site now.
maniedupl Even, I am facing similar relative issue as Pankaj for logging with the given details in edit fields as the screen is returning with "connection timed out" error due to which unable to check the relative issue as mentioned by you. Kindly re-check

We've asked the system admin to take a look to see what we can do regarding you being blocked via your IP This isn't happening from our side but appears to be coming from elsewhere

paulus1031 If i use proxy i can open those sites , but without proxy cannot open them , i see many sites blocked in Russia because of telegram may be because of this , anyways i wait from you answer

That is reason unfortunately - Russia blocks Telegram so Telegram jumps IPs - it has left several sites blocked who like us have nothing whatsoever to do with Telegram
The team will look to see if there is anything they can do other than suggest vpn / proxy

Had issues with my hosting provider who had your IPs blacklisted - After the 4.5.4 update, this bug has been fixed.
