AdAgencyPro jQuery conflicts with JA Image Map

Hello,

We recently purchased and installed AdAgencyPro on our Joomla site, and now other areas of the site that use jQuery are broken.

Specifically, we also use JA Image Map, and when the AdAgency Zones module is active, then JA Image Map does not display any pop-ups.

This seems to be a jQuery conflict.

Have any other users reported jQuery conflicts with AdAgencyPro and/or the Ad Agency Zones module?
Is there an update available for the AdAgencyZone module? I purchased the component just 1 month ago and AdAgency Pro is version 6.0.20 (updated 11/2018), while Ad Agency Zone is version 5.0.4 (updated 2015)??

Please advise.

Can you confirm the name of extension ?
As there is no extension with imagemap. Are you taling about Image hotspot module : https://www.joomlart.com/joomla/extensions/ja-image-hotspot-module
Also share complete details to replicate this issue as your site is not online to see the issue.

Yes, I am referring to JA Image Hotspot.

Our site uses both JA Image Hotspot and Ad Agency Pro. We have been using JA Image Hotspot on the site and the popups were working fine. When we added Ad Agency Pro, the JA Image Hotspot page with our map and map pins quit displaying the popups (we have them set to open when the user mouses over a map pin). When we disabled Ad Agency Pro, then the popups started to work again. My developer said that the issue seemed to be with the AdAgencyZone plugin. Question: Has any one else reported a conflict like this?
Is there an update available for the AdAgencyZone module of Ad Agency Pro?

Maybe not many of your customers have tried using both of these extensions on the same Joomla website.

Our developer thinks there is a jQuery conflict between your two extensions (JA Image Hotspot / AdAgencyPro). The issue seems directly related to the Ad Agency Zone module, and it affects the JA Image Hotspot module function. The JA Image Hotspot module popups work only when AdAgencyZone module of AdAgencyPro is disabled.

Please supply instructions for what you would look for on our site, and I will tell our developer to check on it.

Try disabling JQuery for Frontend in AdAgency settings/general and see if imagemap work along with ads.

Hello again,

We were able to have both Ad Agency Pro and JA Image Hotspot working on our site. We have disabled jQuery for Ad Agency Pro as you suggested.

We are seeing jQuery errors with Ad Agency Pro, and also a warning that "Mutation Events" is deprecated and to use MutationObserver instead.

Please advise on how to eliminate these errors.
