On a Joomla article displayed through a menu item of type "Magazine Layout," the page outputs two separate, conflicting sets of Open Graph tags in the <head>:

The correct, dynamic "Article details page" Open Graph tags (as documented in your T4 2.1.3 Open Graph feature announcement), correctly pulling og:title from the article title and og:description from the article's Metadata → Meta Description field.
A second, static set of Open Graph tags coming from the menu item's own "Open Graph" tab (title/description/image manually entered at the menu item level), which appears to apply unconditionally to every article rendered under that menu item — even though the article-level dynamic tags are already being correctly generated.

Expected behavior: When the dynamic "Article details page" Open Graph logic successfully generates tags for a given article, the menu item's static Open Graph fields should not also be output on that same article page (or should at minimum not duplicate the same properties).
Additional bug found in the same output — broken og:image on Article details page logic:
Independently of the duplication issue, the og:image tag generated by the correct "Article details page" logic contains the raw internal Joomla media-field value instead of a clean image URL. Example of the actual tag found in the page source:

The value after #joomlaImage:// is the internal storage format used by the Joomla Media field (path + width/height parameters), and should be stripped/parsed to output only the clean, direct image URL before being placed in the og:image tag.
Confirmed via Facebook Sharing Debugger:
Because of the malformed og:image value above, Facebook's scraper appears to discard it as invalid and falls back to the second (menu item's static) og:image — meaning shared links currently show the generic category image instead of the article-specific one, even though the article's own image field is correctly populated.

Minor, secondary issues found via the same Facebook Sharing Debugger scan (possibly related, possibly separate — flagging for completeness):

Facebook reports missing required property og:type on the affected page, despite the menu item's Open Graph tab having "metadata type" set to place. It's unclear whether this value is not being mapped to an actual og:type meta tag, or is being lost due to the duplication issue above.
Facebook also reports missing fb:app_id. Not sure if this is expected to be set globally via T4 settings or requires separate configuration — flagging in case it's relevant to your review.

Request:

Please confirm whether the menu item Open Graph tab is intended to be a fallback (used only when article-level detection fails) or an always-on override, and whether this dual-output on Magazine Layout is a known issue.
Please fix the og:image value generation in the "Article details page" logic so it outputs a clean URL instead of the raw Joomla media-field string.
If possible, clarify the og:type / fb:app_id behavior noted above.
