How to get the discount ofr the renew? missing coupon field

After your mail I try to RENEW my profile for have 20% discount but i have only the option UPGRADE and if i choice it the system direct to paypal service without any field for COUPON.

How i have to do for have 20% discount?

saguaros I did it, you reply at ticket biu now i have no more access to your platform because times is expired.
