adding new language in JA_campagin

I dont know why I can not install new language in ja-Campagin. I installed in 3 times but still there is some problem with connecting to joomla servers to install languages. BUT in simple original joomla, in the same host and the same situation, there is no problem and it install any languages. without any error.

it is ja_campagin for joomla 5 latest version.

It's weird as I'm still able to install in my end, could you share the URL + Super Admin account so I can give it a try? and tell me the language you want to install.

navibd It seems to be a peculiar issue specific to your site.

Could you temporarily try manually installing the language for now?

Go to: https://downloads.joomla.org/language-packs
Download the .zip for your Joomla version.
Install via System → Install → Extensions → Upload Package File.

actually I've done that. but even for installing some components, I have problems.
I checked with purity4 and there was no problem. but it ja-Campagin there are some issues.

navibd The URL is not correct, instead of https://update.joomla.org/cms/ it should be: https://update.joomla.org/language/translationlist_5.xml

We fixed in the table: #__update_site
