Charity template - Joomla 5

Hi, I have been using the Shape 5 Charity Joomla template, and wanted to check if it is compatible to the upgrade to Joomla 5. But when I try to access the Shape 5 website I get the error 'www.shape5.com redirected you too many times' - can you tell me how to access the information I need, many thanks

You can check the Joomla 5 update status for Shape5 products here:

The S5 Charity template is already compatible with Joomla 5. Before upgrading, I strongly recommend making a full backup of your site.
