Direction for Terms of Service?

At the bottom, Terms of Service, how do I:

Click on "Terms of Service" and show an Article (or whatever I should have)?
Add other disclaimers so I can point to showing its won article?

As I can see that you're using menu item type of URL for the current "Terms of service", I think you can create an article for this TOS, then create a new menu item type of "Single Article" and point to the new created article, it will work as you expected.

I have an article (ID=34). Where do I put it in the terms of service menu item so when I click on it, it brings it up?

Also, I'd like to have a list of words users can click on at the bottom. Terms of Service, Legal, Privacy...how do I get those? Is there a better way? I'm just using what came with the ja-vitality template.

You can create each article for each link: Terms of service, Legal, Privacy, ...

Then go to Menu >> create new menu item type of Single Article and point to that associated article you created.

You can take a look at this tutorial: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-tutorials/joomla-menu-tutorials#create-menu , the UI may be different as this tutorial is for Joomla 3 but the steps are the same.
