"The location information is not set in your profile" when making radius search

I have tried many, many configurations of the component to get radius search to work with OpenStreetMaps, but it's been flaky at best. Before I go to Google Maps instead, is there anything I'm doing wrong with my current setup? Login details are provided and I hope there is a quick fix for this.

Well... in the Jomsocial members area... Where else would I be trying to do it?

I will add that even though I have enabled radius search in the back end, when doing a search in the front end I get this message:

"The location information is not set in your profile. Therfore radius criteria is not considered for search results. You can provide the location information by completing your profile here."

Please have a look and help me find a solution!

Well I suppose we can cross radius search off as a dead function of JomSocial?

Could you try adding these info first?
