Button position JA ACM module in JA Charity Template

I need to move the button in JA ACM Home page slider. When positioned as is in center of the module, it looks unsightly and detracts from the main image. Also, when there is no copy entered for headline and description, a thin white line appears in center of the main image. How can this be fixed?

For general purposes, can it be positioned at the top right of the module, with about 20 px padding top and right?

Even better, if you can direct me to the code where the button position is defined, I could position it wherever best for different image or text content.
