Hello, I will ask with Hosting techniciens, because normally all is ok to access for you.
The IP address 118.70.117.216 was already allowed access to the server and your country is open to access. I suppose you use the username and password that I wrotte on hidden files.

I've checked the IP address you provided, and it's not blocked on the server. The security settings you configured to enable Vietnam are correct.
However, when I check the access log, I see errors (403).
These errors (403) indicate that you may be using incorrect credentials to access the website.

I meant that I can't access the admin page: https://www.agriprotector.com/administrator/index.php and the forbidden error displays.

The login form even doesn't show yet.

Hello, the hosting tecnhiciens not find the reason of this problem. They tell me they've checked it and can't find any modules that could be blocking access. The solution they've given me is to modify the .htaccess file to test if you can access it, but I'd rather not touch this file. In fact, I can access it without any problem with the credentials I gave you. Can you try logging in from a different IP address? Thanks!

Or you can share the account which has order(s) so I can replicate & check for you.

When we rename this folder, the template will fall back to VirtueMart’s default layout, so there shouldn’t be any issues—unless there's something coming directly from VirtueMart itself.

That said, please feel free to let me know if you encounter any problems.
