I have downloaded and installed jomsocial-pro_4.9.5 through the Joomla Extension manager with no problems. I downloaded the js-socialize-j4 template but I cannot get it to install from the Extension manager. I get an error saying it cannot find the Joomla XML setup file. I looked through the .zip file for any install instructions and I could not find any. I tried to update from the System > Templates > Site Templates option but it said no updates are available and get the following errors: Update: Could not open update site #48 "", URL: http://update.joomlart.com/service/tracking/j16/plg_system_t3.xml Update: Could not open update site #50 "", URL: http://update.joomlart.com/service/tracking/j31/socialize.xml Can I update the above URLs? Can you advise on how to install the Socialize template J4 update?

You can take a backup of your site and update this template via JA Extensions manager component.
Or simply download the latest version and install into your site.
P/s: you can't update it via default Joomla update channel 🙂

I have installed the JA Extension Manager, however the remote service will not allow me to log in using the email address and password that I use to log in here. It says login failed.

The update server was under maintenance mode so you might encounter that error.
Please clear browser's caches & cookies and check again. It should be working fine now.
