Why is Joomlart itself not using JA Multilingual ?

I know this might come off as a bit of an odd question, but what I mean to convey is that a strong indicator of a developer's faith in their own products is their personal use of them. This is something I frequently look into. It appears that Joomlart doesn't utilize JA Multilingual on joomlart.com; am I mistaken?
