hi, i want to build multilingual megamenu in ja teline v. but there are no language selected menus in megamenu build page. how can I do that???

It's the same as creating multilingual with a normal Joomla website, you will need to create a separated menu for each language.
Then in the template style of that language, you load associated menu for it.
