Can the login/register form be off-canvas? like a drawer window?

If I got your message correctly, you want to show login/register form in off-canvas?
You can simply assign that login module to the 'off-canvas' position.

Doesn't works, sends me to a new page for login or registration, instead of pop uping a new window drawer.

Sorry as I misunderstood your request, the default Joomla login / register doesn't offer the popup feature, you will have to customize or try with a 3rd party extension which supports this kind of feature.

This is a template feature, it doesnt depend on the cms itself.
Something like this I mean
As you can see on the demo site of JA Titan template, it supports the dropdown box when you click to login: https://ja-titan.demo.joomlart.com/
I don't see the same feature as your screenshot on our demo site.

Exactly, when i press the login or register then instead of sending me to the /login or /register page to open a drawer and show the form, much like the image above.
It's nice feature, however, JA Titan doesn't offer this feature by default. You can consider to find a 3rd party extension which supports it.
