Problems editing widgets

Hi there and good evening,

I have problems editing my widget.

It looks like this:

And once in a while, I have to change the images in there.

So far, I've choosen Design --> Widgets, but whenever I do so, I have the following page:

It looks completely different than before and I'm not able to edit something.

Whenever I try to call the customizer, I get the following error:

What can I do to edit the widgets?

btw: I renewed my license right a view minutes ago, but unfortunately, there's no newer version of this theme.

fyi: The Error happens in the Plugin "GK News Show Pro (Version 1.0.1.6)". What's this and is it possible to deactivate this?

I think the theme does not work with the latest version of PHP. Please send me the fpt and admin account for further checking, I will help you resolve it.

I have fixed some of the plugins, you can download this plugin and override them to your theme:

Also, override the following gavern folder into your wp-content\themes\Msocial folder:

Thx for your help. I've changed the files and folders and it looks much better now. I'm able to edit the widgets without deactivating GK News Show Pro.

But there's still an error, when calling Design --> Customizer:

It doesn't matter, whether I activate or deactivate GK News Show Pro.

I'll add the ftp-access to the edit fields (you still have admin - rights for the WP dashboard). Please let me know, what you've done, so I can reproduce it an fix it on the homepage itself, Thx.

Could you check the FTP account? I can not access it.

I checked the account and it works with FileZilla with the mentioned user and password data.

I'm using the SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol, maybe this makes the difference?

What exactly was the problem, cause I've to fix it on the normal website also. I could do it myself when you tell me, what you've done.

It was not compatible with the latest version of PHP. I have updated the PHP file in the gavern folder.
