Mobile menu main level menu position non-clickable

Every postion is clickable and it works on computer.
But in mobile First and Forth menu postion dosen't work. After click nothing happens (should open link as at computer)
How to fix that?

just update T4 framework and I see First and Forth postions are not links anymore even on computer.
What I want to act as link, when you click on those postions. Any chance do that?

Yes, on mobile - works as you wrote. Strange. But good.
But on computer it doesn't. Can you suggest something to make in work also on computer?

DamianW Your site is using Bootstrap 4 so it may cause the conflict. If possible, could you switch to use T4 BS5 Blank template? as it supports latest version of Bootstrap and Joomla 5.

P/s: could I take a backup of your site and debug in my local?
