Hi, Exercise files can be downloaded fine for free courses but they cannot be downloaded at all for any paid courses. It throws the following error:
This www.mysite.com page can’t be found No web page was found for the web address: https://www.mysite.com/index.php?option=com_guru&controller=guruTasks&task=download&media=248&course=85&tmpl=component&format=raw HTTP ERROR 404
Can you advise how to fix this please?

I had access enabled for the last 14 hours. Can you tell me if someone is able to look at this issue for me and if so, what would be a good time to re-enable access as don't like leaving it permenantly enabled.
