Up from joomla 3 to joomla 4

Hi!
Two questions

how to go up from joomla 3 to joomla 4. i'd like to know the procedure or if you have a tuto, that would be even better.
How to restore the icons from social networks such as facebook etc. that used to accompany articles.

1/ I believe this guideline from Joomla provides detailed steps to upgrade from Joomla 3 to J4: https://docs.joomla.org/Joomla_3.x_to_4.x_Step_by_Step_Migration

With our templates + extensions, they are ready for both J3 & J4 so you can use JA Extensions manager component and update latest version for templates + our extensions first and follow above guideline to migrate site to J4

They are the icons that were there for linking and sharing on social networks and for printing. They used to be located on the left side of each article. See the attached screenshot
