public profiles of members are not visible to registered users

I just logged into this site with provided info but I can view the profile page normally: http://208.74.179.111/index.php/services/profileu/408-aleksandr.html

When I'm not logged in, it redirects to login page - which is correct.

That is because you are suprt admin. of course it work. Try the same as a regular user and it shows a grey rectangle with no information whatsoever. So steps:

register a user with Register privilege only
use dev.freelit.net as a URL and login using ВХОД button on the right of the main MENU as the user use just registered with.
Navigate to https://dev.freelit.net/services/avtory/browse.html
select anybody's circle to see a profile and you will see a grey area instead of the info.
(the profiles are public!, hence if you don't login you see profile just fine).

manhta 222.252.16.54 already been opened. I double checked the admin login and it works. do you have an ability to create a zoom meeting? perhaps this would be the most effective approach. The username saguaros and password as in the hidden area now has full super-admin privs. uploaded the evidence of login as this super-admin. please use.

Your admin info is working now.
Btw, It appears that the menu item "ПРОФИЛЬ" is restricted to only "Registered" users. You can resolve this issue by either turning off the restriction or changing the access of its parent menu item to "Public".

Tried, the problem still there. Once the user loggs into site the profiles are no longer visible. Guys, lets solve it. Can you advise some consultant whom I can pay who can help with issue? I would like to have a work session at time convenient for everybody and solve this puzzle. I have already 3 bugs which I can not workaround through. If this is possible, please let me know the terms to get a consulting help to resolve this. If not possible can you recommend somebody who can help?

I've added the fix to your site: http://208.74.179.111/index.php/services/profileu/400-valerij-bochkov.html
You can follow these steps:

delete menu ПРОФИЛЬ
create a new menu ПРОФИЛЬ with type is Profile
then the url will work fine

Marvelous! Implemented on production and it works. I will play with this approach some more. Need to make the different tab to be the landing tab. Currently clicking a member brings me to Activity tab, but I need it to land into About Me tab.
We can close this thread. it is an acceptable solution.
