Hello, sugaros, thank you for looking into that, Do you have a static IP (similar)? if yes I will give you full access to our dev.freelit.net environment from that IP or IP ranges.
production is live (can not do on prod), but dev has the same problem and is a full clone of prod.
I think the same, that it is a configuration issue and not a code bug.
do you know which tables/columns to check and for what values on back-end in the database?
Per my understanding some php program (is it a members.php file? ) reads the database data differently for the registered users and hence builds a different URLs pointing to members profiles. And that could be a configuration related, if I would only know into which tables to look for what values to check, I can probably run an update SQL from the back end and this will just fix it.
anyhow, let me know about IP and I will make you a separate super user just for you in dev.
