Modal not working on bs5 template

Hi there - I am using the Bootstrap5 blank template and have loaded some BS5 modal code to be triggered when a user clicks ENQUIRE NOW near bottom of page. It isn't working though. Any help would be great

Could you share the super admin account of your site and tell me in details of how you modify the code so I can replicate?

I think something wrong from your module, I just assign that 'Sponsors' menu item to Cassiopeia template and a clone of your module showing in 'sidebar-right' position. The modal doesn't work either. It's not issue from template, you need to make sure that it works with default Joomla template first.
