jomsocial page isn't showing correctly

Hello,
Can you tell me what happened to Jomsocial? I think my developer may have intentionally damaged my site.

When I log into jomsocial, it’s taking me to this page, http://prntscr.com/k46611, instead of jomsocial. My developer said this is a caching issue! I’ve cleared all of my cache, even on my firewall and joomla, but it didn’t fix it. How did the URL get changed? Was this intentional? This is how the page is supposed to look, http://prntscr.com/k4687z.

in screenshot the differences are the menu and module no longer showing, it should not be cache issue. But i can not confirm without checking the site, can you check and fix the site access with hosting provider.

Your site is not opening at my end, so it hard to share the issue details, without cheking the backend configurations.
I shared My IP address so that you can check with your hosting provider if my IP is blocked by them.

I'm a bit confused. So, you're saying either godaddy or my developer intentionly blocked your IP address? Is it possible for my developer to block your IP address?

I can say about blocking IP, your host can confirm this, I got access of site for sometime And i also getting same view like in your screenshot: http://prntscr.com/k46nhw
You may ask your developer if there is any server cache ?
Because there is no cache in Joomla. Also you should update JomSocial and socialize template to latest version.

Do not forget to take backup of site if there is any issue.

Joomla admin panel is telling me that there's only one update - JS Socialize template!! http://prntscr.com/k46zit, but you say there's two - jomsocial and socialize template. Can you clarify.

Will jomsocial and socialize template cause this problem?
Do you see anything suspicious with the address on the jomsocial page, on the screenshot?

its Joomla cache, Jomsocial is a component that work on Joomla.
For the updates latest version of Jomsocial is 4.5.5 You can check the change log details in our blog posts Here

Do not forget to take backup of site if you have custom changes in files, Updates will override the files.

Its seems you are very new in Joomla, No cache means there is cache saved, the option is disable so no page cache.

Regarding the page caching issue, I understand everything now. I fired my developer and only working with Godaddy support now, who also confirmed it’s not a caching issue.

Regarding the alleged caching issue by my developer, I need proof from credible source, that the page not showing correctly isn’t a caching issue. I need to give the information to UpWork management. Can you write me a nicely formatted, two or three sentence paragraph explaining how this isn’t a caching issue, and how simple, my module and menu bar were removed.
Example:

In the previous version the issue is only with customized template.
Regarding cache, the problem was not from cache because all other templates are showing fine with Jomsocial.
There are only custom changes in the socialize. If you have the older site backup on test domain i can share more details on this topic.

You never told me it was a template issue. In the original message, I told you the problem and gave you screenshots. You said it wasn’t a caching issue, and that someone removed my menu bar and module.

You may ask your developer if there is any server cache ?
Because there is no cache in Joomla. Also you should update JomSocial and socialize template to latest version.

As i shared before there is no cache on Joomla, so its not issue from Joomla cache, i can not say if you have server side cache. For Joomla site cache i can assure it was not from Joomla cache.
