Guru: Upload-Button in Frontend as a Teacher does not work

Hi,

when i am logged in as a teacher an i want to add a new media as a file or document the upload-buttons do not work. Other files like e.g. audio does work.
I hope you can help me :-)

Can you check with default Joomla template Prototar and see if you have same issue?
In most case there is issue from Joomla template not work for Guru

Hi, you are right, by using Template Protostar ist works. But I use the template, that comes with Guru pro, so it should work. Maybe there is a bug?

Yes it will work for JA Sensie template as we support all extensions for template.

thanks for reply! There is no error i can send, when i click on button to choose file nothing happens. See Logindata above, link is izubi.cw-webhosting.de.

Please check the template you are using is not JA Sensie template, its custom template.
Also the login details not showing any Menu for teachers where i can test this issue.
Submit super user login as well only in Edit fields,
Do not post the details in normal posts .

Hi,
the template is JA Sensie i tryed something, and later i will rename it back. The actual name of the template is Izubi.
The menu for teacher is on top (orange button) "Mein izubi (Dozent)", go to the second listelement Meine Medien > Neue Medien > Dokument

We do not support custom template as it no longer be a JA template once renamed. also you can not update it via JAEM too.
