I’ve set up a Guru site to be used primarily by customers in the Netherlands. Most Dutch consumers do not have credit cards or Paypal accounts. They’re used to paying with iDeal. Stripe has iDeal as a payment option, and I’ve turned it on in my Stripe merchant account, as well as Apple Pay.
When I tested the Stripe plugin in Guru, it only presented me with fields for credit card payments, none of the other payment methods that are available through Stripe. This is problematic, as it will be of no use to Dutch customers.
Before I purchased Guru, I had already read that there are no plugins for Mollie and Sisow (which use iDeal by default). But because a Stripe plugin was mentioned, I figured it would provide me with all the payment methods that Stripe offers.
If the functionality is not present, is it possible to adapt the Guru Stripe plugin to use iDeal? Here’s the information Stripe provides to integrate iDeal: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/ideal
