So, please let me know – on the https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/ - what do we have to select under – application restrictions and under API restrictions - https://tinyurl.com/rfwwvod

If you want to use it only for this domain you can restrict it and use it on this domain only.
otherwise no restriction too work fine.

I saw you are using older version of Guru.
Use latest version for new features and bug fixes.
