One of my students course has disappeared after the subscription expired making it so it cannot be renewed.
Is this supposed to happen?
I am trying to do a custom renewal since there is no way for us to do it on the backend as administrators.
Her subscription expired, but I want to extend her another month. Now while this would be a great feature from the backend it doesnt exist, so I went and added a renewal plan and then when I went to renew her course it was gone from My Courses. I do see the invoice for the initial course.
