Thanks for your reply. We are not using Geo-Targeting.
Per your instructions, I checked in the AdAgency panel, and under Geo-targeting > Settings, the page is blank (no settings shown, nothing to apply).
Also, under Geo-targeting > Channels, there are 4 locations (United States, California, San Diego/Los Angeles, and Beverly Hills) that appear to have been "created by backend" (they are dated for 2010, and we started using AdAgencyPro in 2018). We would not want to geo-target these locations, so they are all unpublished.
When I downloaded the recent update, I uploaded it to the site per the instructions.
We do not want to use Geo-Targeting with the ads. We want everyone on the site to see all ads, regardless of their location.
Is Geo-Targeting required to be enabled, even if we are not using it?
