then move module 379 behind module 350.

In this case TelineV requires the "Sidebar" and I do not want "sidebar" with module 379.

With sidebar it can work as well, there is only width issue with item that does not fit in that area, and need slight change in the css.
You can use the suggestion i shared in previous posts for that.
or revert the module as before and let me know, i will share a code for custom.css file.

With 4 columns you have to put an additional code:

}

This is not issue from template, its the content, few items has different image size and more content so there height is more, you can check the same with default Joomla template and it will be same view.
